The Registrar's Office, located in Room 115 of the Library/Administration Building, is in charge of keeping records for all students who have been admitted to the College. The office staff is committed to providing students, faculty and the staff with efficient and customer-oriented administrative support for registration, the maintenance of student records and academic history, degree audit and completion, graduation, transfer evaluations (new, current and former students), academic renewal approval, and other related tasks.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) protects the privacy of student records. It provides students the right to inspect and review their educational records, the right to seek and to amend those records and the right to limit the disclosure of information in the records. In addition, the Registrar's Office has collected information, in registeronlinethe table below, that students most frequently have inquiries.

*Reinstatement for Non-Payment Form, Final Exam Schedule, Academic Calendar, Attendance Verification Information

*Students who were dropped for non-payment and wish to be reinstated must complete the Student Request for Reinstatement for Nonpayment Form during the reinstatement period, which is for two days. Please be sure to check the academic calendar for reinstatement deadlines. The calendar can be found below, on Office of the Registrar’s homepage. Students can only be reinstated into the courses that were on the original schedule. All financial obligations must be met and all holds that are on the account that will prevent registration must be cleared before reinstatement is granted.
