The Registrar's Office, located in Room 115 of the Library/Administration Building, is in charge of keeping records for all students who have been admitted to the College. The office staff is committed to providing students, faculty and the staff with efficient and customer-oriented administrative support for registration, the maintenance of student records and academic history, degree audit and completion, graduation, transfer evaluations (new, current and former students), academic renewal approval, and other related tasks.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) protects the privacy of student records. It provides students the right to inspect and review their educational records, the right to seek and to amend those records and the right to limit the disclosure of information in the records.
